Luxury hotel brand Hotel Indigo is coming to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia! Scheduled to open in September 2027, the project is a collaboration between IHG Hotels and Resorts, Refad Real Estate Investment and Development Company, and the Saudi Tourism Development Fund.
Located in the vibrant Khobar Corniche, Hotel Indigo, and Residences Al Khobar will offer over 200 rooms and serviced apartments. Each Hotel Indigo property is one-of-a-kind, drawing inspiration from its local surroundings for design and guest experiences, including restaurants featuring regional flavors.

The hotel will cater to a variety of guests, offering a neighborhood cafe, lobby lounge, event space, and a business lounge. Business travelers will also enjoy state-of-the-art meeting facilities and a range of recreational amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and spa.
This project adds to IHG Hotels and Resorts’ growing presence in Saudi Arabia. The group currently operates 43 hotels in the Kingdom under six brands and has plans for 32 additional hotels to open in the next few years.
