The Ministry of Health, through the SEHA Virtual Hospital, announced the availability of 24/7 virtual medical consultations for pilgrims undertaking Hajj this year (1445 AH). Pilgrims can access these services through the Sehhaty app or platform, or by calling the designated number 937. This initiative aims to provide pilgrims with timely and essential medical consultations at any location during Hajj.

The Ministry of Health further highlighted that consultations are available in six languages: Arabic, English, French, Turkish, Farsi, and Urdu. Pilgrims can register on Sehhaty using their border number and receive immediate medical consultations via audio, text, or video call. Additionally, they have the option to attach files, discuss medical test results, and obtain electronic prescriptions.

This service aligns with the Ministry of Health’s commitment to providing pilgrims with integrated and innovative healthcare solutions, ensuring a smooth and secure Hajj experience.
